Serving size: 1 piece
1- 9" single pastry shell
1- 15oz can pumpkin
1 1/4 cup TBC Eggnog
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1- tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Whipped cream topping:
1 cup cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Line a pie pan with the pastry shell. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean. Serve and add whipped cream topping.
